What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees have the flexibility to purchase the components of the Computer System from any vendor of their choosing. The brand and model can be selected by the franchisee, provided that the chosen system meets Clean Your Dirty Face's standards and specifications.
This flexibility allows franchisees to potentially find cost-effective solutions or systems that align with their specific needs, as long as they adhere to the franchisor's standards. The cost of the Computer System is estimated to range from $300 to $2,000, but this can vary based on the chosen software programs and the physical layout of the CYDF Facial Bar.
Clean Your Dirty Face, however, retains the right to modify the specifications and components of the Computer System over the franchise term, and franchisees are obligated to implement these changes within 30 days of receiving notice. The franchisor may also require franchisees to purchase, lease, or license new or modified hardware or software, and to obtain necessary service and support. These ongoing requirements mean that franchisees need to be prepared for potential future costs related to the Computer System, for which they may not be reimbursed.
