Subject to this Agreement's terms, we grant you a franchise to operate a CYDF Facial Bar ("your Business") at the specific address and location identified on Exhibit B (the "Premises"). We further license you the right to use the Franchise System and the Marks to operate your Business.
The term of this Agreement begins on the Effective Date and expires five (5) years from that date, unless sooner terminated as provided herein. If the Premises has not been determined as of the Effective Date, the Premises will be selected in accordance with Section 2.A, provided that the Premises is located within the geographical area set forth on Exhibit B.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Clean Your Dirty Face Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are granted a franchise to operate a Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar, referred to as "your Business," at a specific location. This location is detailed in Exhibit B of the Franchise Agreement, which is referred to as the "Premises."
In addition to the right to operate a Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bar at a specific location, Clean Your Dirty Face also licenses franchisees the right to use the Franchise System and the Marks to operate their Business. The Franchise System includes the methods, procedures, signs, designs, layouts, and standards that Clean Your Dirty Face approves. Franchisees are also authorized to offer the products and services that Clean Your Dirty Face approves. These elements may be improved, further developed, or modified by Clean Your Dirty Face from time to time.
The Marks refer to the trademarks, service marks, and other commercial symbols that Clean Your Dirty Face and its affiliates use and promote, or license others to use and promote, for operating or identifying Clean Your Dirty Face Facial Bars. These Marks are intended to gain public acceptance and goodwill. The franchise agreement begins on the Effective Date and expires five years from that date, unless sooner terminated as provided in the agreement.
