What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay two specific fees before opening their facial bar. The first is the Initial Franchise Fee of $50,000, which is due when the Franchise Agreement is signed. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances and is considered fully earned by Clean Your Dirty Face upon payment. The FDD specifies that this fee must be paid via wire transfer or another method designated by Clean Your Dirty Face.

In addition to the Initial Franchise Fee, franchisees must also pay a Skin Boss Training fee. This fee is currently $750 per person for the 3-day in-person training program held at Clean Your Dirty Face's corporate training center. This training is mandatory for the franchisee (or their Operating Partner) and all estheticians before the opening date. Any replacement estheticians or Operating Partners must also complete this training and pay the then-current Skin Boss Training fee before providing services.

Notably, Clean Your Dirty Face does not charge a fee for the Owner Training or the Receptionist Training. The Owner Training is conducted virtually, and the Receptionist Training, while initially in-person, may be provided virtually for replacement staff members. However, franchisees should be aware that they will incur costs associated with implementing the grand opening Marketing Plan, although the plan itself is provided at no cost. Franchisees should confirm the current Skin Boss Training fee and any potential changes to training formats with Clean Your Dirty Face before signing the agreement.
