Does Clean Your Dirty Face determine the locations of the Training Program in its sole discretion?

We will provide the Training Program at the times and locations we determine in our sole discretion, which may include conducting the training remotely via live or pre-recorded videos. We shall also determine, in our sole discretion, the length and content of the Training Program. We reserve the right to vary the Training Program based on the experience and skill level of the individual(s) attending. Scheduling of the Training Program is based on your and our availability, training facility availability and your projected Opening Date.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Clean Your Dirty Face has the sole discretion to determine the locations of the Training Program. The training program includes the Owner Training, the Skin Boss Training, and the Receptionist Training.
The Skin Boss Training and Receptionist Training programs are typically held in person at Clean Your Dirty Face's corporate training center, which is currently located in Chicago, Illinois. However, Clean Your Dirty Face may choose to provide the Receptionist Training to any replacement staff member virtually, via the Internet. The Owner Training program is conducted virtually via the Internet.
Clean Your Dirty Face also has the right to modify the Training Program based on the experience and skill level of the individuals attending. The scheduling of the Training Program depends on the franchisee's and Clean Your Dirty Face's availability, training facility availability, and the franchisee's projected Opening Date.
