What is the dependency between a Clean Your Dirty Face franchisee's compliance with the agreement and the maintenance of their webpage?

Even if we provide you a webpage on a Franchise System Website, we will only maintain this webpage while you are in full compliance with this Agreement and all System Standards we implement (including those relating to Franchise System Websites). If you are in default of any obligation under this Agreement or our System Standards, then we may temporarily remove your webpage from any or all Franchise System Website(s) until you fully cure the default. We will permanently remove your webpage from all Franchise System Websites upon this Agreement's expiration or termination.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Clean Your Dirty Face Franchise Disclosure Document, the maintenance of a franchisee's webpage on the Franchise System Website is directly linked to their compliance with the Franchise Agreement and System Standards. Clean Your Dirty Face may provide franchisees with a webpage on the Franchise System Website for informational purposes, but is not required to do so.
If Clean Your Dirty Face does provide a webpage, the franchisee must supply the information and materials requested to develop, update, and modify the webpage. Franchisees must also notify Clean Your Dirty Face of any inaccuracies on their webpage and inform them of any content changes if they have the right to modify it themselves. Clean Your Dirty Face retains ownership of all intellectual property and rights related to the Franchise System Websites, including the franchisee's webpage and its content.
Clean Your Dirty Face will only maintain a franchisee's webpage if the franchisee is in full compliance with the Franchise Agreement and all System Standards. If a franchisee defaults on any obligation under the agreement or System Standards, Clean Your Dirty Face has the right to temporarily remove the webpage from the Franchise System Website until the default is resolved. Upon expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee's webpage will be permanently removed from all Franchise System Websites.
