What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must open their business for customers within 180 days after the Effective Date of the franchise agreement. The date the business first opens is referred to as the "Opening Date."
This requirement means a prospective Clean Your Dirty Face franchisee needs to be ready to launch their facial bar relatively quickly after signing the agreement. This includes securing a location, completing build-out, hiring staff, and finishing all required training programs. The franchisee must comply with this deadline to remain in good standing with Clean Your Dirty Face.
Clean Your Dirty Face also requires that beginning on the Opening Date, the franchisee must operate the business continuously according to the terms of the agreement and system standards. This includes adhering to any minimum business hours or days of operation specified by Clean Your Dirty Face. The franchisee cannot abandon or close the business, or operate it for less than the specified minimum hours/days, without prior written consent from Clean Your Dirty Face.
