We may require you to obtain from us and use an email address associated with our registered domain name. If we require you to obtain and use such an email address, you must do so according to our then-current terms and conditions and System Standards. We will have unrestricted access to and sole ownership of all such email accounts, and all documents, data, materials, and messages shared from or by such accounts. We may deactivate any such account or limit your or your users' access to it at any time. We may charge you a fee for each email address with which we provide you.

According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Clean Your Dirty Face may charge franchisees a fee for each email address they provide. If Clean Your Dirty Face requires a franchisee to obtain and use such an email address, the franchisee must do so according to Clean Your Dirty Face's then-current terms and conditions and System Standards.

Clean Your Dirty Face may deactivate any such account or limit the franchisee's or its users' access to it at any time.
This means that Clean Your Dirty Face retains control over the email addresses and can monitor communications. The franchisee must adhere to Clean Your Dirty Face's terms and system standards for email usage. The fact that Clean Your Dirty Face can charge a fee for each email address is an additional cost to consider when evaluating the franchise.
