What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Clean Your Dirty Face may grant temporary approval to a supplier. The approval of a supplier is based on criteria like product quality, prices, consistency, and customer relations.

Clean Your Dirty Face evaluates suppliers periodically and may grant temporary approval while the evaluation is ongoing. This means that even if a supplier is initially approved, Clean Your Dirty Face may revoke that approval if the supplier fails to continue meeting Clean Your Dirty Face's standards.

If a franchisee wants to use a supplier that Clean Your Dirty Face has not approved, the franchisee must seek written approval from Clean Your Dirty Face.
