What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, most payments to Clean Your Dirty Face or its affiliates are non-refundable. Specifically, Item 7 states that, unless otherwise noted, payments made to Clean Your Dirty Face or its affiliates as part of the estimated initial investment are generally not refundable. However, security deposits paid for utilities may be refundable according to agreements made with utility companies, and security deposits under the lease agreement may also be refundable based on the lease terms.
