What is the amount of the successor franchise fee for Clean Your Dirty Face?

According to the 2025 Clean Your Dirty Face Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee who qualifies for a successor franchise agreement will need to pay a successor franchise fee of $5,000. This fee is in addition to meeting other conditions, such as complying with the existing agreement, meeting system standards, and signing the current franchise agreement and releases.

To be eligible for a successor franchise, the franchisee must notify Clean Your Dirty Face in writing of their intent to acquire a successor franchise between 180 days and one year before the expiration of the current agreement. Clean Your Dirty Face will then notify the franchisee of their decision within six months of receiving the notice.

The grant of a successor franchise is not guaranteed. Clean Your Dirty Face may require the franchisee to remodel, expand, or modify the business to comply with current system standards. The new franchise agreement may also contain terms that differ significantly from the original agreement.
