What am I required to do if Clean Your Dirty Face conducts an audit?

and specify the extent to which Personal Information was compromised or disclosed. You also agree to follow our instructions regarding curative actions and public statements relating to the breach. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to conduct a data security and privacy audit of any of your Business and your Computer System at any time, from time to time, to ensure that you are complying with our requirements. The cost of such audit shall be paid by you. You must promptly notify us if you receive any complaint, notice, or communication, whether from a governmental agency, customer or other person, relating to any Personal Information, or your compliance with your obligations relating to Personal Information under this Agreement, and/or if you have any reason to believe

you will not be able to satisfy any of your obligations relating to Personal Information under this Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or otherwise, you agree that we do not control or own any of the following Personal Information (collectively, the "Restricted Information"): (a) any Personal Information of the employees, officers, contractors, owners or other personnel of you, your affiliates, or your Business; (b) such other Personal Information as we from time to time expressly designate as Restricted Information; and/or (c) any other Personal Information to which we do not have access.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Clean Your Dirty Face's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Clean Your Dirty Face conducts a data security and privacy audit of your business and computer systems, you are responsible for covering the costs of the audit.

Additionally, if you become aware of any potential or actual security breach or unauthorized access involving personal information, you must immediately notify Clean Your Dirty Face. You are also obligated to follow Clean Your Dirty Face's instructions regarding any corrective actions and public statements related to the breach.

More generally, Clean Your Dirty Face has the right to inspect your business at any time without prior notice to ensure compliance with the Franchise Agreement and System Standards. During these inspections, you are required to cooperate fully with Clean Your Dirty Face and its representatives.
