What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, City Wide may provide on-site assistance and supervision at its discretion. For the initial on-site opening assistance and supervision, City Wide is responsible for the travel and living expenses of its representatives. However, if a franchisee requests additional on-site assistance or supervision, City Wide may charge a fee for this service. The specific fee structure for this additional assistance is detailed in City Wide's Operating Manual.

This means that while City Wide covers the costs for initial support during the franchise opening, franchisees should be prepared to pay for any extra help they request beyond this initial period. The cost of this additional support will be outlined in the Operating Manual, which franchisees should review carefully to understand potential expenses.

Prospective franchisees should inquire about the typical situations that might require additional on-site assistance and the estimated costs associated with such support. Understanding these potential costs is crucial for budgeting and financial planning. Franchisees should also clarify what specific services are covered under the initial support provided by City Wide to avoid unexpected charges.
