Who is the Systems Administrator for the City Wide Technology Systems?

According to the 2025 City Wide Franchise Disclosure Document, City Wide is the Systems Administrator and retains control of any and all applications for the Technology Systems. This means that as a franchisee, you will not have administrative control over the software and systems used in your City Wide franchise.

This arrangement gives City Wide the ability to maintain uniformity and consistency across all franchise locations. It allows them to implement updates, changes, and security measures across the entire system efficiently. City Wide also has the right to access the Technology System at all times.

As a franchisee, you are responsible for maintaining an internet connection for each Technology System to facilitate updates, revisions, support, and data exchange between you and City Wide. You are also responsible for ensuring a proper environment and utilities for the hardware components of the Technology Systems. While City Wide provides IT services, including answering questions about the Technology System, franchisees must rely on City Wide for system administration and control.
