What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Successor Fee is non-refundable. The Successor Fee is paid by a franchisee for the right to continue operating the franchised business in the designated territory.
The Successor Fee is equal to fifty percent (50%) of City Wide's current Initial Franchise Fee at the time the franchisee executes the Successor Franchise Agreement. The franchisee must pay the Successor Fee when signing the Successor Franchise Agreement.
City Wide acknowledges receipt of the Successor Fee by signing the agreement. Once paid, the Successor Fee is considered fully earned and will not be refunded to the franchisee under any circumstances.
