- Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the Parties' entire agreement with respect to the subject matter included and supersedes all prior understandings, both oral and written. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except with the written consent of an authorized representative of both Parties.
The Parties hereby acknowledge and agree to all the terms hereinabove and have executed and delivered this Agreement on the day and year first written above.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard monthly accounting full services package costs $1,500. This package includes services such as performing bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, processing accounts payable checks and cash receipts, credit card transactions, and posting manual checks. It also covers providing general liability and work comp audit assistance, sales tax reporting, and periodic business/financial reviews with the owner.
This accounting service is required for the first twelve months after completing City Wide's initial training program. The fee may be subject to change based on the terms of the Accounting Services Agreement. Franchisees are required to use City Wide's financial reporting, bookkeeping, and other accounting services during this initial period.
Franchisees must provide City Wide with all necessary documents, data, contracts, account information, and access to enable City Wide to deliver the services. City Wide is not responsible for inaccurate information, records, or billings if the data provided by the franchisee is inaccurate. After the initial term, either party can terminate the agreement with 90 days written notice.
