According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the specifications for fixtures, equipment, signs, furnishings, and other components for the Franchised Business are outlined in the Operating Manual. Franchisees are required to purchase these items at their own expense for use in conducting the Franchised Business at their Location.

Additionally, City Wide may provide franchisees with a list of established sources for equipment and supplies necessary for operating the franchise. This list can be found either in the Operating Manual or on City Wide's internal website, "CW You." These resources include a list of approved manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors, as well as a list of approved inventory, products, fixtures, furniture, equipment, signs, stationery, supplies, and other items or services needed to operate the City Wide franchise.

City Wide retains the right to revise these lists from time to time and submit them to franchisees as deemed advisable. Franchisees must notify City Wide and submit samples for approval if they propose to use any equipment or product brands not already approved or purchase from non-approved suppliers. This ensures that all products and equipment meet City Wide's minimum specifications and quality standards, maintaining uniformity across all franchise locations.
