According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Frank Oddo's extensive experience is significant because it establishes the foundation of the City Wide system. Item 2 highlights that Mr. Oddo is the Founder and former CEO of City Wide Maintenance Company, Inc., since its incorporation on March 1, 1965. This long-standing history implies a well-established business model and a wealth of knowledge that franchisees can potentially benefit from. His current role on the boards of directors of the Affiliates also suggests continued involvement and oversight.

Item 11 outlines City Wide's obligations to provide assistance, advertising, computer systems, and training to franchisees. Specifically, before a franchisee opens their business, City Wide commits to providing a mandatory initial training program, access to the confidential Operating Manual, and the required hardware, software, peripherals, and related licenses. Frank Oddo's experience likely informs the content and quality of these resources, ensuring they reflect the most effective practices developed over decades.

The combination of Frank Oddo's background and City Wide's Item 11 obligations suggests that franchisees will receive training and support rooted in real-world experience. However, Item 11 also states that "Except as listed below, CITY WIDE is not required to provide any assistance to you."
