What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the expenses associated with refresher training programs or seminars. City Wide may require franchisees, their managers, or designated employees to attend and successfully complete these programs, which are conducted at City Wide's home office or a designated location.

The franchisee is solely responsible for all expenses related to attending these refresher training programs or seminars. However, City Wide limits the requirement to a maximum of two such programs per calendar year, with a total duration not exceeding four calendar days annually.

This means that while City Wide may mandate refresher training to ensure consistent standards and updated knowledge, the franchisee must bear the financial burden of travel, accommodation, and any other costs incurred while attending these sessions. Prospective franchisees should factor these potential expenses into their budget and business planning.
