Is City Wide required to provide notice before inspecting a City Wide franchise?

According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, City Wide has the right to inspect a franchised business. Specifically, City Wide and any named representative are permitted full and complete access during regular business hours to inspect the Franchised Business and all Business Records including, but not limited to, records relating to Franchisee's suppliers, employees, and agents, with or without notice. City Wide states that any such inspection will be conducted in such a manner so as not to unduly disrupt the Franchised Business.

This means that as a City Wide franchisee, you should expect that City Wide may conduct inspections of your business operations and records at any time during regular business hours, and they are not required to provide you with advance notice.
