How will City Wide provide the confidential Operating Manual to the franchisee?

According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon the execution of the Franchise Agreement, City Wide will provide the franchisee with an electronic copy of, or electronic access to, the confidential Operating Manual. This manual will govern the operation of the franchised business at the specified location.

City Wide retains the right to make changes and additions to the Operating Manual from time to time. These changes will be made available to the franchisee electronically. This ensures that the franchisee always has access to the most current information and procedures for running the business.

The Operating Manual remains the sole property of City Wide. Upon expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee must promptly cease using any electronic versions and destroy any printed copies of the manual. The franchisee is also prohibited from disclosing, duplicating, or using any portion of the Operating Manual in an unauthorized manner, both during and after the term of the agreement. Failure to comply with the specifications and standards in the Operating Manual can result in a material breach of the Franchise Agreement, potentially leading to termination if not cured within 30 days of written notice from City Wide.
