What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Operations Quality Control training can be conducted virtually. The initial training program includes 8 hours of classroom training for Operations Quality Control. This training can take place either at the Kansas City Metropolitan Area location or virtually.
This offers flexibility for franchisees who may not be able to travel to the designated training facility. It is important to note that while the training can be virtual, City Wide also conducts in-person training at a designated facility in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Prospective franchisees should confirm with City Wide the specific format of the Operations Quality Control training offered at the time of their onboarding, as well as any technology requirements for virtual participation.
