What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, before opening their franchised business, franchisees and their salespersons are required to attend a training and familiarization course. This course is approximately ten days long, but it is structured over separate, non-successive weeks. The training takes place at City Wide headquarters, within the franchisee's designated territory, or at another location designated by City Wide, which may include remote training.
The training program covers essential aspects of operating the City Wide franchised business. This includes various topics related to the business's operation. City Wide retains the right to conduct the training in non-successive weeks, providing flexibility in scheduling.
This initial training is crucial for ensuring that franchisees and their sales teams are well-prepared to manage and grow their City Wide business. The cost of travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred while attending the training programs are the responsibility of the franchisee.
