You may sell those services that consist solely of providing commercial janitorial services, commercial janitorial supplies, carpet cleaning, window washing, construction clean-up, blind cleaning, hard surface floor care, pest control, upholstery cleaning, concrete coatings, and other commercial services to a variety of commercial customers typically through the use of independent contractors. You may sell only within your Designated Territory, except as provided herein for solicitation of sales outside of your Designated Territory.
CITY WIDE may change or add additional authorized services or items and there are no limits to CITY WIDE's rights to do so.

Specifically, franchisees are permitted to sell commercial janitorial services, commercial janitorial supplies, carpet cleaning, window washing, construction clean-up, blind cleaning, hard surface floor care, pest control, upholstery cleaning, concrete coatings, and other commercial services. These services are to be offered to commercial customers, typically through independent contractors, and sales are generally restricted to the franchisee's Designated Territory. However, there are provisions for soliciting sales outside of this territory.
City Wide retains the right to modify or add to the list of authorized services and items that franchisees can sell. This means that the services a franchisee can offer may evolve over time, potentially expanding or changing based on City Wide's strategic decisions. The FDD also directs prospective franchisees to Items 8, 9, and 12 for additional information related to these restrictions.
Item 8 further details restrictions on sources of products and services. To maintain quality standards, City Wide encourages franchisees to purchase inventory, products, fixtures, furniture, equipment, signs, stationery, supplies, and other necessary items from manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors approved in writing by City Wide. These items must conform to City Wide's standards, and the franchisor will provide a list of Approved Suppliers and Approved Supplies. City Wide may also designate certain suppliers as Required Suppliers, from whom franchisees must purchase specific items or services. Currently, ADP Payroll Services is a required supplier, and franchisees cannot use payroll services from any other provider. City Wide, or its affiliate, is also a Required Supplier for Technology Systems and IT Services.
