When will City Wide inspect the Franchised Business and equipment before the Term expires for a City Wide franchise?

According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, City Wide will inspect the franchised business and equipment at least 90 days before the term is set to expire. Following the inspection, City Wide will notify the franchisee of any required maintenance, refurbishing, renovating, remodeling, and equipment upgrades that need to be completed.

The franchisee is then responsible for completing all the required actions at their own expense and to the satisfaction of City Wide. All maintenance, refurbishing, renovating, remodeling, and equipment upgrades must be completed no later than 30 days after the term expires.

This process ensures that the City Wide franchise maintains its standards and appearance, even as the franchise term comes to an end. It also gives the franchisee an opportunity to address any deficiencies and potentially qualify for a successor term, if available and desired.
