Pricing.
The fee structure (“Accounting Services Fee”) for the Services is as set forth on Exhibit A.
Independent Contractor.
It is understood and agreed by Franchisee that this Agreement and the provision of Services hereunder by City Wide does not create a fiduciary relationship between them, that the Parties will be independent contractors, and that nothing in this Agreement is intended to make either party a general or special agent, joint venture, partner or employee of the other for any purpose.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the fee structure for accounting services is referred to as the "Accounting Services Fee". This fee is detailed in Exhibit A of the Accounting Services Agreement.
The FDD states that franchisees are required to use City Wide's financial reporting, bookkeeping, and other accounting services for the initial 12 months after completing the initial training program.
