What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to attend the annual convention and are responsible for all expenses associated with these National Meetings. These expenses include transportation, lodging, meals, and wages for any employees attending the meetings.

If a franchisee fails to attend the annual convention, City Wide requires them to pay a non-attendance fee of $2,000. However, this fee may be increased depending on the venue, level of attendance, speakers, and duration of the National Meeting.

There are circumstances where a franchisee may not be permitted to attend a National Meeting, such as being in default of the franchise agreement. In these cases, the franchisee is not required to pay the non-attendance fee. Whether a franchisee is allowed to attend a National Meeting is at the sole discretion of City Wide.
