Who determines when major upgrades or modifications are necessary for the City Wide Technology System?

According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, City Wide reserves the right to determine when major upgrades or modifications are necessary for the Technology System. If City Wide determines that a major upgrade or modification is necessary, the franchisee is required to implement the software change in the manner and time designated by City Wide. City Wide also retains the right to charge the franchisee a reasonable fee for these major upgrades or modifications.

This means that as a City Wide franchisee, you do not have control over when significant changes are made to the software systems you use to operate your business. City Wide makes those decisions, and you are obligated to comply with their directives regarding implementation.
