What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, City Wide has the authority to designate the location of training programs. The FDD states that City Wide will conduct training programs at locations they designate, which may include remote options. This applies to initial training and training for additional managers and staff beyond the initial three required for franchisees.

Prospective City Wide franchisees should note that they are responsible for covering all travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred by trainees attending both initial and subsequent training programs, regardless of the location City Wide designates. This financial responsibility extends to refresher training programs or seminars that City Wide may require experienced franchisees, their managers, or designated employees to attend.

City Wide may also require previously trained franchisees, their managers, and/or designated employees to attend refresher training programs or seminars at City Wide's home office or a location City Wide designates. Franchisees are responsible for all expenses related to these refresher programs, with attendance limited to a maximum of two programs per calendar year, not exceeding four calendar days in total duration.
