According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, strict adherence to the company's standards and policies is essential and mandatory for franchisees. This includes maintaining uniform operational standards for all City Wide Franchised Businesses, with a focus on quality, service, and operational integrity. Franchisees must use only prescribed equipment, layouts, and designs, and strictly adhere to the proprietary information and Operating Manual. They are also required to sell only designated service and product lines.

City Wide emphasizes that these standards and policies, in conjunction with the use of their Marks, are the basis for the valuable goodwill associated with the brand. Franchisees are expected to comply with all requirements outlined in the Franchise Agreement, the Operating Manual, and any other written policies provided by City Wide. These mandatory specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules are considered integral parts of the Franchise Agreement.

Furthermore, franchisees must maintain and operate their Franchised Business in a good, clean, and safe manner, complying with standards prescribed by City Wide. They are prohibited from duplicating the City Wide System and Software and from disclosing any part of the System or Operating Manual.
