Will City Wide conduct inspections of the Franchised Business in a manner that unduly disrupts the business?

According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, City Wide agrees that any inspection of the Franchised Business will be conducted in a manner that does not unduly disrupt the business. City Wide or any named representative is permitted to have full and complete access during regular business hours to inspect the Franchised Business and all Business Records including, but not limited to, records relating to the franchisee's suppliers, employees, and agents.
