Termination.
At any time after the Initial Term, either Party may terminate this Agreement upon providing ninety (90) days written notice to the other Party, with the termination effective on the ninetieth day from date of delivery of the written notice, and acceptance by the Parties.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 City Wide Franchise Disclosure Document, the Business Development Center Agreement does automatically renew. The initial term length depends on whether the franchisee is new or existing. For new franchisees, the initial term is twelve months, while for existing franchisees, it is six months.
Following the initial term, the agreement automatically renews for successive six-month periods, referred to as "Successor Terms." This automatic renewal continues unless either party terminates the agreement according to its terms.
To terminate the agreement after the initial term, either City Wide or the franchisee must provide written notice to the other party at least ninety days in advance. The termination becomes effective on the ninetieth day following the delivery of the notice, provided the other party accepts the termination.
