What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees who elect to utilize the Predictive Index service will pay an annual fee of $350 per use. This fee is in addition to an initial certification fee of $750, which is a one-time payment due upon selection of the service and billing from City Wide. The annual fee is then due each year thereafter.
The Predictive Index is an optional service, so franchisees are not required to use it. However, if a franchisee chooses to use the Predictive Index, they should budget for both the initial certification fee and the ongoing annual per-use fee. This cost should be factored into the overall financial planning for the franchise.
Franchisees should consider how often they anticipate using the Predictive Index to determine if the service is cost-effective for their business needs. If usage is minimal, the annual cost may not justify the benefits. Conversely, frequent use could make the Predictive Index a valuable tool despite the associated fees. It is payable to City Wide if you elect to utilize this service.
