IT SERVICES AGREEMENT
This IT Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on, ("Effective Date"), by and between City Wide Franchise Company, Inc. ("City Wide") and ("Franchisee") (City Wide and Franchisee, collectively "Parties" or individually "Party").
