What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to City Wide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company offers accounting and financial services to franchisees through selected accounting packages, as detailed in Exhibit A of the Accounting Services Agreement. City Wide will assist in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and collecting, as well as budgeting.

The franchisee is required to use City Wide's financial reporting, bookkeeping, and other accounting services for the first 12 months after completing the initial training program. The standard Accounting Services Fee is currently $1,500 per month, but the FDD states that this amount may be greater depending on the level of services the franchisee elects.

Beyond the standard accounting services, City Wide also requires franchisees to submit various financial reports. Franchisees must provide City Wide with an end-of-month activity report by the tenth of each month and, upon request, a quarterly report of local advertising funds spent, no later than fifteen days after the end of each fiscal quarter. City Wide also has the right to examine and copy the franchisee's business records and may require daily electronic access to these records. Additionally, City Wide can request a certified financial statement from the franchisee and any guarantors of the agreement within thirty days of the request and can conduct independent audits of the franchisee's business records or require annual audited or reviewed financial statements.
