If you are a corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other business entity, certain provisions of this Disclosure Document also apply to your owners and will be noted. We were incorporated in the State of Georgia on December 31, 2002. Our principal business address is 1300 Parkwood Circle SE, Suite 100, Atlanta, Georgia 30339. We do business only under the name "City Publications."
