What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to City Publications' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the payment of the Royalty Fee includes operational and administrative support for scheduling and coordinating production and services. This support extends to Graphic/Marketing Services, Card Deck production and distribution, and Appointment Services.
This means that as a City Publications franchisee, a portion of the royalty fees paid to the franchisor goes towards assistance with the logistical aspects of the business. City Publications provides expertise in scheduling and coordinating the various services involved in producing and distributing the card decks, which are central to the franchise's operations.
For a prospective franchisee, this support could be beneficial, especially when starting the business. The franchisee can rely on City Publications' experience to manage the production and distribution processes efficiently. This support allows the franchisee to focus on other aspects of the business, such as sales and customer relations. However, the FDD does not specify the extent or nature of this support, so prospective franchisees should seek clarification from City Publications regarding the specifics of the scheduling and coordination assistance provided.
