What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to City Publications' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the pre-opening assistance, City Publications will loan franchisees a virtual copy of the City Publications Operating Manual. The franchisor will also provide individual PowerPoint Presentations, as described in Section 9 of the Franchise Agreement. Exhibit D to the Disclosure Document includes the Table of Contents of the Operating Manual.
During the operation of the franchise, City Publications will provide amendments to the CITY PUBLICATIOS FRANCHISE GROUP, INC. Operating Manual as they are made available to franchisees.
Prospective franchisees should review the Table of Contents of the Operating Manual (Exhibit D) to understand the scope and content of the manual. Franchisees should also familiarize themselves with Section 9 of the Franchise Agreement to fully understand the terms and conditions related to the Operating Manual.
