What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to City Publications' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, for the print advertising franchise model, City Publications and its affiliate handle the graphic design, printing, and mailing of the advertisement booklets. This service is provided to franchisees for a fee.

This means that City Publications franchisees do not have to manage the design, printing, or distribution logistics themselves. Instead, they can rely on the franchisor and its affiliate to handle these tasks. This could be beneficial for franchisees who lack experience or resources in these areas, allowing them to focus on sales and customer service.

However, franchisees will incur a fee for these services, which will impact their overall costs and profitability. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand the amount of these fees and how they are calculated to accurately assess the financial viability of the franchise. They should also inquire about the quality and timeliness of these services, as they can directly impact customer satisfaction and the success of their City Publications business.
