What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to City Publications' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees receive virtual assistance and guidance for approximately 2-3 days during the operation of their franchise. This assistance is intended to help franchisees with any questions they may have as they begin running their City Publications business.

In addition to the initial virtual assistance, City Publications also provides lead generation and appointment setting coaching during the franchisee's first sales appointments. This suggests that the initial days of assistance are focused on getting the franchisee started with sales and marketing activities, which are crucial for generating revenue early on.

Furthermore, City Publications offers ongoing support via telephone or email during normal business hours to discuss problems and provide advice on various aspects of the business. While this ongoing support is available, City Publications retains the right to discontinue it if the franchisee is deemed to be using the service too frequently or in an unintended manner. This implies that the initial 2-3 days of virtual assistance are a more focused, dedicated period of support compared to the general ongoing assistance.
