Franchisor expects Franchisee and its employees to present themselves to the public in a professional manner as described in the Manual.
C. Advertising & Promotional Materials
Franchisor may periodically provide advertising and promotional materials including ad-slicks, brochures, fliers and other materials to Franchisee for use in the operation of the Franchised Business. It is agreed that any emails received by Franchisor on Franchisor's website or in response to emails sent out by Franchisor, whether to potential customers or otherwise, shall be the exclusive property of Franchisor.
Franchisee must utilize Franchisor's Mailing List for the distribution of Card Decks. For each use of Franchisor's Mailing List, Franchisee shall pay to Franchisor a stated fee as designated in the Manual. Payment shall be made at the time and in the manner as stated in the Manual. Franchisee must comply with Franchisor's terms, restrictions, and policies regarding the usage of the Mailing List as stated in the Manual. Franchisee-requested enhancements will be charged separately and in addition to the Mailing List Rental Fee.
Franchisee must purchase Graphics Services exclusively from Franchisor for all design and creations both digital and print
Franchisor has established and maintains an Internet website at the uniform resource locator ("URL") www.citypublication.com that provides information about the CITY PUBLICATIONS System and the services that Franchisor and its franchisees provide. Franchisor shall establish a website for the Franchised Business and a link between such website and the CITY PUBLICATIONS website. Franchisee is solely responsible for the maintenance of the website for the Franchised Business. Franchisor may (but is not required to) include at the CITY PUBLICATIONS website an interior page containing information about the Franchised Business. If Franchisor includes such information on the CITY PUBLICATIONS website, Franchisor may require Franchisee to prepare all or a portion of the page, at Franchisee's expense, using a template that Franchisor provides. All such information shall be subject to Franchisor's approval prior to posting.

According to City Publications' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are expected to present themselves and their employees in a professional manner, as detailed in the manual. City Publications may also provide advertising and promotional materials such as ad-slicks, brochures, and flyers for use in the operation of the franchised business. Emails received by City Publications on its website or in response to emails sent out by City Publications are the exclusive property of the franchisor.
City Publications requires franchisees to use their mailing list for distributing card decks and to pay a fee for each use, as specified in the manual. Franchisees must also adhere to City Publications' terms, restrictions, and policies regarding the mailing list. Any enhancements requested by the franchisee will incur separate charges in addition to the mailing list rental fee.
Furthermore, franchisees must purchase graphic services exclusively from City Publications for all design and creation needs, whether digital or print. City Publications also maintains an internet website, and while they will establish a website for the franchised business and link it to the main City Publications site, the franchisee is solely responsible for maintaining their individual website. If City Publications includes information about the franchised business on its main website, the franchisee may be required to prepare all or part of the page using a template provided by City Publications, at the franchisee's expense, subject to City Publications' approval before posting.
