What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to City Publications' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will receive virtual assistance and guidance for approximately 2 to 3 days during the operation of their franchised business. This assistance is intended to help franchisees with any questions they may have as they begin operating their City Publications franchise.
This virtual assistance is part of the ongoing support that City Publications provides to its franchisees. In addition to the initial virtual assistance, City Publications also offers lead generation and appointment setting coaching during the franchisee's first sales appointments. They are also available by telephone or email to discuss any problems and provide advice and guidance on various aspects of the business.
It is important to note that while City Publications does not charge for telephone or email support, they retain the right to discontinue this service if they deem it is being used too frequently or in an unintended manner.
