These marks are to be used at the premises and solely in connection with the advertising, marketing, and resale of motor fuel products that meet Circle K's standards.

Circle K retains the right to modify or change these Proprietary Marks during the term or any renewal term of the agreement. The licensee must comply with any such changes. Prospective franchisees should carefully review Exhibit A of the Circle K Branding Agreement to fully understand the scope of the Proprietary Marks they are licensed to use. They should also be aware that Circle K can change these marks, requiring the franchisee to adapt their branding and marketing materials accordingly. Licensees are required to purchase all items containing the Proprietary Marks, including all signage, from TMC's approved suppliers.
