What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Circle K's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you operate a Branded Business, Circle K will provide you with updates to the Circle K Card Guide. This obligation is documented in Section 5 of the Branding Agreement.
For Motor Fuel Businesses, Circle K also commits to providing updates to the Circle K Card Guide during the operation of the franchised business. This requirement is outlined in Section 9(d) of the Motor Fuel Agreement.
