1 You may, but are not required to, participate in any Optional Programs we negotiate. As of the date of this Disclosure Document, we offer the following Optional Programs: Glacier Water Program, Air/Water Program, and the Lux Bitcoin Program. In connection with participating in an Optional Program, you will share a portion of the Optional Program revenue with us and may be required to enter into a program agreement with us and/or a third-party vendor approved by us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Circle K's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not required to participate in Optional Programs. Circle K offers Optional Programs such as the Glacier Water Program, Air/Water Program, and the Lux Bitcoin Program.
If a franchisee chooses to participate in an Optional Program, they will share a portion of the revenue generated from the program with Circle K. Additionally, the franchisee may be required to enter into a program agreement with Circle K and/or a third-party vendor that Circle K approves.
Optional Program Fees vary depending on the program, ranging from 5% to 75% of the Optional Program revenue. These fees are payable monthly on the 25th day of each month via electronic funds transfer.
