Is a Circle K franchisee required to attend an annual convention?

- 8.20 Annual Convention.
Franchisor reserves the right to arrange for an annual convention sponsored and conducted by Franchisor for the benefit of all franchisees.
If Franchisee and/or Franchisee's Store Manager attends any such convention, such attendance will be at Franchisee's sole cost and expense.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Circle K's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Circle K reserves the right to arrange an annual convention for the benefit of all franchisees. However, attendance at the annual convention is not mandatory.
