Is a Circle K franchisee guaranteed to receive the same discounts and rebates as company-operated Circle K stores?

However, the FDD explicitly states that franchisees may not be eligible for all discounts and rebates that company-operated stores receive. The availability and amount of rebates can also vary from year to year and may be affected if suppliers reduce the cost of products at the time of purchase instead of offering rebates later.

Circle K may negotiate special promotional arrangements with suppliers for the benefit of the entire system, and franchisees may be required to participate in these promotions. The distribution of any money or items received from vendors for national promotions will be based on the terms of those promotions and the franchisee's enrollment in relevant marketing programs. Not all promotions available to company-operated stores will be available to franchised stores.
