What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Circle K Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees have the option to participate in various programs negotiated by Circle K. These Optional Programs, as they are called in the FDD, include the Glacier Water Program, the Air/Water program, and the Lux Bitcoin Program.
If a franchisee chooses to participate in an Optional Program, they will share a portion of the revenue generated from that program with Circle K. Additionally, franchisees may be required to enter into a program agreement with Circle K and/or a third-party vendor approved by Circle K.
It is important for prospective franchisees to carefully evaluate the terms and conditions of each Optional Program, including the revenue-sharing arrangement and any required agreements, to determine whether participation is financially beneficial for their specific Circle K location. Franchisees should also inquire about the performance history and potential risks associated with each program before making a decision.
