If this is one of your first two Franchised Businesses (including Franchised Businesses owned by your affiliates), we will send one or more of our representatives to the Franchised Business, at our expense, for a maximum of 3.5 days concurrent with beginning operations to assist in the opening of the Bakery. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Cinnabon Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinnabon may, at its sole discretion, require franchisees to obtain On-Site Training at any time. This includes periods before and after the opening date of the franchise, or if the franchisee fails to comply with Cinnabon's System and Standards.

If Cinnabon requires a franchisee to obtain On-Site Training, the franchisee may be charged a reasonable fee. As of the date of the FDD, this fee is $500 per trainer per day, and this amount can be increased annually, subject to an allowed adjustment. In addition to the training fee, the franchisee may also be required to reimburse Cinnabon for the trainer's travel and living expenses, including airfare, car expenses, lodging, and meals, during the On-Site Training period.

For new franchisees, if it is their first or second Cinnabon franchise (including those owned by affiliates and including any Carvel or Cinnabon Swirl franchises), Cinnabon will send representatives for a minimum of two days of On-Site Training at their own expense, concurrent with the beginning of operations. However, if the franchisee offers Carvel Products, they must pay Cinnabon's then-current Carvel Product Platform Training Fee, and Cinnabon representatives will provide two days of related On-Site Training.
