What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnabon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there is no charge for the Management Training Program for your Required Trainees for the first two Cinnabon bakeries that you open, including those owned by your affiliates. However, this applies specifically to the 'Required Trainees' as defined by Cinnabon.
For the third or subsequent Cinnabon bakeries, if Cinnabon provides the Management Training Program, a fee applies. The fee is $3,000-$4,000 for Auntie Anne's Co-Branded Bakeries and $5,000 for Carvel Co-Branded Bakeries. Additionally, if you bring additional trainees beyond the Required Trainees, or if trainees need to be trained in separate sessions or re-enroll due to unsuccessful completion, you will incur a fee of $250 per trainee per day.
It is important to note that these fees and conditions are subject to change, as Cinnabon reserves the right to modify the training program and associated fees. A prospective franchisee should confirm the most current training fees and requirements with Cinnabon prior to signing the Franchise Agreement.
