If this is your first or second Franchised Business (including Franchised Businesses owned by your affiliates and including any Carvel® , Cinnabon® , or Cinnabon Swirl™ Franchised Businesses), we will send one or more of our representatives to the Franchised Business, at our expense, for a minimum of two days of On-Site Training concurrent with beginning operations.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Cinnabon FDD, if this is your first or second Cinnabon franchise, including franchises owned by affiliates or any Carvel or Cinnabon Swirl franchises, Cinnabon will send representatives to the franchised business at their expense. This on-site training will last for a minimum of two days and will occur concurrently with the beginning of operations.

This on-site training is a benefit to new franchisees as it provides direct support and guidance during the critical initial phase of operations. Having experienced representatives present can help ensure that the business starts smoothly and that the franchisee and their team are properly implementing Cinnabon's systems and procedures. This can be particularly valuable for those who are new to the Cinnabon brand or to franchise ownership in general.

However, this on-site training is only guaranteed for franchisees opening their first or second Cinnabon location. Franchisees who already own multiple locations may not receive this on-site support, which could place a greater burden on them to train their staff and manage the opening process independently. It is also important to note that the training lasts for a minimum of two days, and the FDD does not specify whether additional on-site support may be available beyond this period, or under what terms.
